- Promote and improve respiratory and cardiovascular functions
- Increase flexibility and mobility
- Improve sleep patterns
- Enhance overall wellbeing and quality of life
“I have had the pleasure of experiencing yoga with Laetitia for the last year. As a yoga teacher , Tish encourages exploration of ones personal journey of wellness. Incorporated into practice are weekly themes, often using the Yamas and Niyamas, as well as her amazing gift of music. The essence of commitment to yoga as a way of living resonates to those who practice with her. After each class, I feel inspired to be a better human being.

Gentle & Beginner Classes
It’s time to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness skills without feeling like you’re “doing it wrong” or risking serious injury. Make no mistake, in our slower- paced Gentle and Beginner’s classes, you will do all that (and more!), while keeping it easy on your joints in a safe and supportive environment.
Some Benefits of Gentle Yoga:
- Increase strength, mobility, and flexibility
- Improve lung capacity
- Decrease stress and anxiety
- Enhance mood
- Calm the mind
“I started off being very self-conscious from my lack of experience, but yoga at Kenshin Ranch is incredibly welcoming: Tish manages to be both down-to-Earth and utterly magical at the same time. I’m hooked!”

Restorative
You work hard all day, every day. Perhaps you find yourself giving most of your time to others, barely leaving even a few minutes for yourself to just BE! I hear you and believe me when I say a restorative yoga practice is an essential gift to your hardworking, caregiving, badass self. By giving yourself one hour of relaxation to release that tension and restore your peace of mind, you will feel more rejuvenated for days.
Some Benefits of Restorative Yoga:
- improved sleep
- released muscle tension
- reduction in stress & anxiety
- enhanced mood
- increased compassion for self and others
“Restorative yoga with Tish is extremely calming. Tish’s voice is well suited to this releasing practice. Also, I love her choice of postures and her desire to find ways to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Restorative yoga is radically different. Its long-held postures allow you the time and space to observe your body, release tension and restore your mind. Tish creates a space free of judgement and expectation that allows you to just be.”

What some more folks are saying about Kenshin Ranch Yoga classes
“Not only is Kenshin Ranch a beautiful and magical location, the classes with Tish are full of joy. I often find myself laughing and feeling supported while relieving a lot of stress.”

“When I learned Kenshin Ranch yoga studio was opening at the former site of Waldoboro Chiropractic, I signed up immediately and waited impatiently for classes to begin in the new year. For the past 3 months I have enjoyed practicing in a supportive comfortable, and challenging environment that already feels more like visiting friends than exercise. Thank you Tish (& Patrick) and see you soon!”
